The staff was SO helpful. They arranged a birthday cake at breakfast (what a nice touch!). The central location made it easy to walk to markets and the lake.

The staff was helpful and always smiling. The swimming pool offered a refreshing retreat. I could order drinks there , very convenient. Even after checking out, they offered further assistance if needed , such excellent service. I felt genuinely cared for during my entire visit , very excellent.

The gym is rather basic , I must admit , with limited equipment. This was a little disappointing considering the rest of the facilities. A few more machines would greatly enhance the workout experience , for sure.

The breakfast was fantastic with a wide array of choices , I thoroughly enjoyed it. There were many options , so you could find something new to try each morning. The buffet also included hot items made to order, such a great option.
