Really good Stay with Stellar Service!

helpful staff refreshing pool excellent service

The staff was helpful and always smiling. The swimming pool offered a refreshing retreat. I could order drinks there , very convenient. Even after checking out, they offered further assistance if needed , such excellent service. I felt genuinely cared for during my entire visit , very excellent.

The gym is rather basic , I must admit , with limited equipment. This was a little disappointing considering the rest of the facilities. A few more machines would greatly enhance the workout experience , for sure.

The breakfast was fantastic with a wide array of choices , I thoroughly enjoyed it. There were many options , so you could find something new to try each morning. The buffet also included hot items made to order, such a great option.

noisy room skinny windows

the Staff were friendly and helpful , even carrying my bag.

the lift only went to the 10th floor , the pool was on the 11th floor so i HAD to walk up. breakfast was on the 12th floor also requiring a walk up two floors. My room was noisy and it had two skinny windows that faced a brick WALL.
